Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty as a Team Leader, from 2006 through 2011, Scott was a broker with Sotheby’s International Realty in Denver, Colorado. Scott built a residential real estate sales business based on personal referral and repeat customers. Using a consultative selling approach, he successfully negotiated and closed sales in excess of $40,000,000 with individual transaction values ranging from $54,000 to $4.8 Million. Scott gained experience in all aspects of residential real estate sales; representing buyers and sellers of luxury properties, bank owned properties, investment properties, starter homes, new construction, and more. Scott earned the highest designations (CRS, GRI, CNE) in the industry and numerous sales awards, including a prestigious award for high sales volume in the first year of business. Scott has completed extensive coursework and training in the development of selling and negotiating skills. As one of three members of The Taylor Group, Scott helped to grow the team sales production from $20 Million per year to more than $32 Million per year. During Scott’s tenure, the team consistently ranked in the top ten of the 3,500 member Denver Board of Realtors.

In 2013 Scott joined Keller Williams Realty as the Team Leader in Burlington, North Carolina.  During his time in the Team Leader role, the Burlington Market Center grew from 103 associates to 165 associates, earning Scott the Top Gun Team Leader award in the Carolinas Region and doubling the Market Center’s profitability.  In 2015 Scott became the Operating Partner of the Keller Williams Raleigh Market Center, which has become one of the top producing real estate offices in North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle.  Scott is a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer and he travels extensively, teaching mindset and sales techniques for the largest real estate company in the world.
